The Member of Parliament for Adansi Akrofuom Constituency, Hon. Joseph Azumah, has lauded the current NDC administration for its remarkable achievements, citing significant improvements across the country.
Speaking on Adom TV’s “Badwam” program, Azumah attributed the progress to the administration’s efficient management, noting that only 60 ministers are driving these transformative efforts, compared to the former NPP administration’s bloated 120-plus ministerial team that failed to deliver.
Azumah criticized the previous NPP government for its poor performance, highlighting its inability to complete a single cocoa road project in his constituency despite its vast resources.
“They had 120 ministers and couldn’t deliver, yet we’re achieving so much with just 60,” he said.
The MP’s comments follow the presentation of the 2026 budget statement by Finance Minister Hon. Dr. Cassiel Ato Forson, which outlines the government’s vision for continued development and growth.
