Accra Hearts of Oak have confirmed that the club has formally submitted a settlement proposal to former Technical Director Rene Hiddink as efforts continue to resolve the ongoing dispute between both parties.
In an official statement released on Monday, the Ghana Premier League club said discussions are being handled professionally and in good faith through legal representatives following engagements held in court.

“Hearts of Oak Sporting Club wishes to assure its cherished supporters, stakeholders, partners, and the general public that the Club remains fully committed to resolving the matter involving former Technical Director Rene Hiddink in an amicable, professional, and mutually respectful manner,” part of the statement read.
According to the club, the proposal reflects their desire to bring the issue to a fair and responsible conclusion in the best interest of all parties involved.
The Phobians also addressed reports surrounding alleged leaked conversations linked to Hiddink, noting that while the developments have generated public discussion, the club remains focused on finding an amicable solution rather than engaging in commentary that could affect the process.
Hearts of Oak stressed that throughout the matter, management has acted responsibly, transparently, and in good faith while seeking to protect the club’s long-term interests and reputation.
The club further disclosed that it is currently awaiting an official response from Hiddink and his representatives regarding the settlement proposal submitted.
Management also appealed to supporters and stakeholders to remain calm, patient, and supportive as discussions continue.
“The Board and Management of Hearts of Oak remain confident that this matter will be resolved as quickly and amicably as possible, and we reaffirm our unwavering commitment to the progress, stability, and future success of this great club,” the statement added.
