Hassacas ladies will have another try against Rivers Angels of Nigeria on Thursday 5 August , in the final of WAFU ZONE B women’s club championship .
Rivers Angels of Nigeria defeated Hassacas ladies 2-0 in the group stage .Hassacas ladies progress to the semi final after defeating As police of Niger 3-0.
The Ghana women’s premier league champions bounced back from a defeat to Rivers Angels in the first group game to secure qualification .
Hassacas ladies beat Group A second placed team , Union sportive force Armees of Burkina Faso 2-0 in the semi final while Rivers Angels of Nigeria defeated Group A winners ,Amis du Monde of Togo 5-1 to make a tie between the group B opponent . Though both teams have qualified to the CAF women’s champions league later this year ,there will be another chance to determine the winner of the trophy award .
The game comes off at the Stade Robert champroux in Abidjan ,6:30pm.
