Popular Ghanaian socialite and musician, Hajia4Real, has had her ankle monitor removed following a recent court decision.
Her sentencing date, initially set for this week, has been adjourned for two weeks, allowing for some relief in her ongoing legal battle.
This decision came after her legal representative, Eleana Fast of ‘The Fast Law Firm’, requested the temporary removal of the ankle monitor to facilitate an MRI scan due to pain in her left ankle, as recommended by her doctor.
The request was granted, and the ankle monitor was removed on the same day. Additionally, her legal team submitted a letter to the court requesting a two-week adjournment, to gather necessary documents for the defence’s sentencing submission, including outstanding letters of support and a letter from her immigration attorney regarding the potential immigration consequences of her conviction.
