His murder sparked national and international outrage, with calls for swift justice and better protection for journalists in Ghana.

The GJA reiterated its commitment to advocating for press freedom and journalist safety, emphasizing that such attacks should never go unpunished.

The association called on the government and security agencies to ensure that the case reaches its logical conclusion and that justice is served without delay.

Ghana Journalist Association is of the hope that as the investigation continues, the latest arrest will mark a turning point in securing justice for Ahmed Suale and strengthening the protection of journalists across the country.
