Multiple outlets have reported the untimely demise of Kwabena Baidoo, a former Sekondi Hassacas player during celebrations of the National Democratic Congress decisive victory on Monday evening after Electoral Commission announced the NDC’s John Dramani Mahama the winner of the 2024 Presidential Elections.
Baidoo was said to be involved in joyful celebrations when he met his unfortunate death in a motor accident. His sister, Charity, and brother, Emmanuel Quarm, have confirmed the sad news.
The offensive midfielder joined Sekondi Hassacas in 2021 from Ahanta based second division outfit Little Barcelona FC at age 16.
