The Ghana Police Service abstained from providing the Electoral Commission with security to collate the disputed parliamentary results.
The collation of some results from constituencies including Dome-Kwabenya, Ablekuma North, and Nsawam-Adoagyiri was expected to continue yesterday, however, this did not occur as scheduled.
Head of training at the Electoral Commission Dr. Srebour Quaicoo explains they wrote to the police to request security but the request was denied.
