Ghana Police Assures Applicants as 2025/2026 Recruitment Validation Continues

The Ghana Police Service has assured applicants in its ongoing 2025/2026 recruitment exercise that the selection process is still underway, with successful candidates being invited in batches to various centres across the country for document validation.

In a press statement, the Service explained that the validation exercise is intended to verify academic certificates, examination results and all other documents submitted during the initial stage of the recruitment process. It said the first batch of successful applicants has already been invited and is currently undergoing the validation process.

According to the Police Service, applicants who successfully completed the medical examination and were declared medically fit but have not yet been invited for validation remain in the recruitment pool and will be considered in subsequent batches.

The Service assured affected applicants that the recruitment exercise would continue in phases until 2028, in line with its approved recruitment schedule, and urged them to remain patient while awaiting their invitations.

The Ghana Police Service also warned applicants to disregard false information circulating about the recruitment exercise and cautioned them against paying money to anyone claiming to facilitate their recruitment. It advised the public to rely only on official communication from the Service for updates on the ongoing recruitment process.
