The major problem Ghana is facing right now is massive institutional hypocrisy, this is according to Ivan Kyei Innocent, NDC’s communication team member, speaking on Ahotor fm’s evening political show dubbed “Asem yi dika” Mr. Kyei questioned the reason for the sudden deafening silence of civil society organisations and some clergies who were criminally vociferous under the erstwhile Mahama administration and concluded that their silent posture over numerous rots unfolding under this current government is a demonstration of how far hypocrisy has engulfed these groups.
“My brother, isn’t it baffling that, the so-called men of God have suddenly condemned themselves into loud silence in the face of numerous atrocities and massive corruption under this Akuffo Addo led administration, now President Akuffo Addo has become a specialist in corruption who is busily practising nepotism and media crackdown but because of what I called massive institutional hypocrisy, these pretending men of God and the so-called neutral groupings / organisations are quiet” , he fumed
