GFA President Urges Unity Among Youth Coaches
Ghana Football Association President Kurt Okraku has called on juvenile national team coaches to unite and work together to strengthen Ghana’s football future.
Speaking at a strategic meeting on May 6, 2025, Okraku emphasized the importance of collaboration.
“We are one unit, one family, working towards a common goal — to raise the standard of Ghana football starting from the base,” Okraku said.
He urged coaches to put aside personal interests and focus on the collective mission.
Okraku encouraged coaches to share ideas, support each other, and ensure that no talent is overlooked due to poor coordination.
The meeting brought together coaches from various youth national teams, including U15, U16, and U17.
The message of unity is expected to guide upcoming initiatives, including the Elite U15 Championship.
By working together, the coaches aim to identify and develop young talents, ultimately strengthening Ghana’s national teams.
