The passing of our dear friend and classmate Victor Way Kuvodu an astute, Ghanaian public servant and political science researcher. He serves as the Acting Deputy Secretary (Director) at the Research, Information Monitoring and Evaluation Division of the Public Services Commission of Ghana has left a profound sense of loss among all who had the privilege of knowing and working with him. His death marks the end of a life dedicated to selfless service, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to the public good.
As a distinguished career civil servant, he served with diligence, integrity, and humility throughout his years in public service. He was widely respected for his discipline, competence, and dedication to duty, earning the admiration of colleagues and the confidence of those he served.
