EURO 2024 : Italy Knockout Croatia To Advance To Next Stage

The defending champions Italy has knockout experienced Croatian side in their last group stage game to advance to the knockout stage of the ongoing competition – EURO 2024.

Italy dramatic late equalizer against Croatia to guaranteed their fifth consecutive knockout appearances in the Euro’s was crushed to the ground.

Croatia took the lead in the 55th minutes in the second half of the game through Real Madrid midfield Dynamos Luka Modric and were hoping of getting the win to enable them qualify to the next stage of the competition.

Italy substitution brought lot of energy and momentum and with second to spare the game, Mattia Zaccagni curled a home stunning equalizer to dump Croatia hopes and also help Italy qualify for the round of 16 in the Euro 2024.
