EURO 2024 : England Split Points With Denmark

The three Lions of England played 1-1 draw game with Denmark in their EURO 2024 group stage match. leaving fans with an exhilarating display of football.

England struck first, through an individual brilliance of striker Harry Kane taking the lead in the 18th minutes in the first half but Denmark responded with increased urgency, pressing high and creating several scoring opportunities which paid off shortly through Morten Blot Hjulmand in the 34th minutes.

The second half was a tense affair, with both teams striving for the winning goal. England dominated possession, with wingers Bukayo Saka and Jude Bellingham causing constant problems for the Danish defense. Denmark, however, remained resolute, launching swift counter-attacks that kept the English defense on their toes.

The draw leaves both teams with mixed feelings; England remains unbeaten with 4 points topping the group but would have hoped for a win the next game against Slovenia to secure an early advantage in their group.
