
The Emmanuel Gyasi Foundation, owned by Empoli Midfielder Emmanuel Gyasi has made a generous donation of medical equipment to the maternity ward of the Madina Polyclinic located in Kekele,
Greater Accra Region.
This contribution includes essential items such as a fetal Doppler, Omron M7 blood pressure monitor, hospital mattresses and pillows, Veronica buckets with stands, and floor disinfectant.
The aim of this donation is to improve healthcare outcomes for mothers and newborns, thereby enhancing the quality of services provided at the facility.
Andrews Akavani, the country representative, presented the equipment on behalf of the Emmanuel Gyasi Foundation, emphasizing that this initiative aligns with the foundation’s mission to support the less privileged in society.
Reacting to the gesture, Dr Emmanuel Addo Asante, Family Physician Specialist said:
“We take this opportunity to thank the Emmanuel Gyasi Foundation for the gesture done Polyclinic. It’s important because we[Polyclinic] cannot do it alone looking at the intake of patients into the facility.”
“Today, the kindness from the Emmanuel Gyasi Foundation has brought us joy and we hope it encourages others to come to aid.” He added.
