The CAF Licence A Coaching Course is currently underway at the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence, bringing together elite coaches for an intensive training programme aimed at enhancing technical expertise and modern coaching standards.
The 10-day course is designed to equip participants with advanced knowledge across key aspects of the game, including modern tactical systems, player development, performance analysis, leadership, and match preparation.
Organised under the auspices of the Confederation of African Football, the programme forms part of ongoing efforts to raise coaching quality and professional standards across the continent.
Participants are being exposed to contemporary methodologies and practical frameworks intended to strengthen decision-making, improve team organisation, and enhance overall performance management.
The course is expected to play a significant role in developing high-level coaching capacity, particularly within Ghana’s football landscape, as clubs and national teams increasingly prioritise tactical sophistication and data-driven analysis.
Upon completion, successful candidates will earn the CAF Licence A certification, a key qualification for coaches seeking to work at top competitive levels.
