Education Minister joins Okaikwei South MP to launch the public school renovation project
Minister for Education Hon. Haruna Iddrisu has launched the Okaikwei South public school renovation and upgrade project, alongside Hon. Adomako Ernest, Member of Parliament for Okaikwei South, Ga Mantse Nii Tackey Teiko Tsuru, and the Ga Mantse Foundation.
This initiative aims to empower the youth of Okaikwei South through quality public education.
The project, themed “Charging the Face of Public School Education in Okaikwei South,” took place at Kaneshie.
Hon. Iddrisu applauded the initiative, urging the constituency to support it and the government to play its part in making it a reality.
This effort aligns with Hon. Iddrisu’s commitment to education, as seen in his previous pledge of GH₵100,000 for a STEM scholarship to empower UDS innovators.
By investing in education, the government hopes to drive progress toward the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly in education, economic growth, and innovation.
