A 71-year-old blind man has beheaded his wife at Nkawkaw Abepotia in the Kwahu West municipality of the Eastern region.
An eyewitness speaking to Ahotor fm news Correspondent Eric Nyarko said suspect, George Mudor, and his 65-year-old deceased wife have been married for 28 years.
According to him, Mr. Mudor was not blind from birth but only contracted the ailment about five years ago.
He reports further that the deceased wife has since been threatening him with divorce which did not go well with him.
Georgina’s body has since been deposited at the Holy Family Hospital morgue for autopsy whilst the suspect, George Mudor, is assisting the Nkawkaw police with investigations.
