Member of Parliament for Wa Central constituency in the Upper West region, Hon Dr. Abdul Rashid Hassan Pelpuo has called on Ghanaians not to fall for the lies of the Presidential Candidate of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) H.E Dr. Alhaji Mahamudu Bawumia because speaking English is not equal to doing the job.
He said knowing the economic terms and utilizing it has nothing to do with the reality. People situation is compelling them to become beggars and they cannot be blame for such behavior, he said.
According to him, Dr. Bawumia was complaining in opposition that the NDC spent 37 billion without anything to show but he has been in government in seven years and spent more than that of the NDC but yet nothing as well to show in his own government.
They have collapsed all the sectors within seven years and now borrowing has become a problem for the country, he added.
