Hearts of Oak head coach Mas-Ud Didi Dramani remains committed to his job despite the transfer ban imposed by FIFA. “I am doing my best for Hearts of Oak,” he said on Asempa FM as monitored by ahotoronline.com
The former Black Stars assistant took charge ahead of the 2025/26 season, replacing Abubakar Ouattara on a two-year contract.
Despite early challenges, including the FA Cup exit, Hearts of Oak is fifth in the GPL with 31 points, six behind leaders Medeama SC. The transfer ban, resulting from outstanding debts to former technical director René Hiddink, won’t affect Dramani’s dedication.
“This is my apex as a coach, and this is my best I can do,” he added. Dramani emphasized his hands-on approach, saying, “I don’t know how to pretend… I just don’t know how to pretend.”
Hearts of Oak hosts Dreams FC on Sunday, looking to build momentum after a winning start to the season’s second half. The Phobians will aim to close the gap on the league leaders at the University of Ghana Stadium.
Dramani’s experience and leadership have been crucial in maintaining Hearts of Oak’s title charge. With key players like Benjamin Asare and Solomon Agbasi in form, the team is poised for a strong finish.
