Desist from graduation deviant behaviours –Ashanti Regional Education director to students

Ashanti Regional Director of Education, Madam Mary Owusu Afriyie has warned Senior High Students to abstain themselves from the harm they cause when they are completing school in terms of Destroying school facilities, treating to harm teachers and all aspects of deviant behaviors.

According to her the Education Ministry will no longer tolerate such offences from the students and is high time students know their places and also respect the laws that have been set by the school authorities to lead them from the start of their school life till they complete other than that those who will go contrary to it will face the punishment attached to the laws.

This Action follows the recent attempts by the final year students of some schools in the Ashanti Region where they plotted to even harm some teachers as well as school facilities which was quickly reported to the police and such attempts were been stopped.

After her speech, the President for the Ashanti Regional Student Representative Council, Mrs. Tracy Asamoah , also added her voice to the call.
