The Scot, 61, left Everton in June 2013 to replace Sir Alex Ferguson as Manchester United manager after he spent 11 years in charge at Goodison Park.
Moyes supervised more than 500 games and guided the Toffees go from relegation battlers to qualifying for the Champions League in 2005.
