As of Monday, January 5, 2026, the Bank of Ghana reports the cedi trading at GH₵10.50 to the US dollar.
According to its daily update on the Bank of Ghana interbank market:
Dollar – Buying at GH₵10.49, selling price of GH₵10.50.
British pound was bought at GH₵14.16 and sold at GH₵14.17.
Euro trades at GH₵12.32 and sold at ₵12.33
On January 5, 2026, at 8:00 a.m., some forex bureaus across the country
Dollar – Buying at GH₵11.90 and selling at GH₵12.35.
pound was buying at GH₵15.80 and selling at GH₵16.70.
Euro was buying at GH₵13.80 and selling at GH₵14.70.
