Burna Boy is set to return to Wireless Festival 2025, marking his third appearance at the iconic event. The Grammy-winning Afrobeats sensation will take the stage on the festival’s final night, where he’ll perform alongside reggae legend Vybz Kartel and the controversial rapper Drake, capping off the three-day festival with a bang.
The 20th-anniversary edition of Wireless Festival will run from July 11 to July 13 at Finsbury Park, London, with Drake headlining every night, each with a different setlist. Other major acts include PARTYNEXTDOOR, Summer Walker, and “The Mandem,” with more artists to be revealed.
Drake, who last headlined Wireless in 2014, has deep ties to the festival, even making a surprise appearance in 2018 alongside UK rapper Giggs when DJ Khaled was forced to pull out. With Burna Boy and Drake sharing the stage, Wireless 2025 is shaping up to be a memorable celebration of music.
Burna Boy first performed at Wireless in 2020, returning in 2022, and has since solidified himself as one of the most influential African artists in the world. His return adds to the growing global influence of Afrobeats, joining the ranks of other Nigerian stars like D’Banj, Davido, Tiwa Savage, Rema, Asake, Shallipopi, and Ruger, all of whom have made their mark at the festival.
Tickets for the event go on sale on February 19 at 12 PM GMT via wirelessfestival.co.uk.
