Black Starlet Committee Chairman Confident in Under-17 Team’s Qualification for U-17 AFCON
The Chairman of the Black Starlets committee chairman Frederick Acheampong has expressed his confidence in the current Under-17 team’s chances of qualifying for the U-17 AFCON.
In an interview on another platform , Fred Acheampong revealed that significant resources have been invested in nurturing and grooming the young talents, setting the stage for a successful campaign. He emphasized that the investment in the team goes beyond financial resources, encompassing comprehensive training programs and strategic planning to maximize their potential.
By prioritizing the development of young players, he envisions a bright future for Ghanaian football, with the Under-17 team serving as a stepping stone for aspiring athletes to fulfill their potential at the highest levels of the sport.
Ghana Black Starlet will participating in the WAFU Zone B U-17 cup of Nation at the University of Ghana – Legon slated for 15th March 2024 and Ghana will be playing their first game on Wednesday Afternoon.
