Black Queens Qualify for 2026 WAFCON with Dominant Win Over Egypt

The Black Queens of Ghana have secured their spot in the 2026 Women’s African Cup of Nations (WAFCON) with a commanding 4-0 victory over Egypt at the Accra Sports Stadium. The win confirms Ghana’s status as one of Africa’s top women’s football teams.

 

 

Doris Boaduwaa scored a hat-trick, netting goals in the 52nd and 55th minutes, and completing her hat-trick with a fourth goal. Comfort Yeboah also scored, netting the third goal. The team’s performance was a testament to their skill and determination.
