NDC youth group dubbed NDC Station has called on its party agents who will be working in various polling stations to be extra vigilant and prepared for the elections.
According to their press release, is the party agents that will help grace the hard work of the party in its campaign throughout for victory.

Accra, Ghana 4th October 20241.
Are you familiar with the mantra “elections are won at the polling station”? it is as real as it gets for a polling agent in this fourth republic with the many shenanigans and mischief from opposition parties and for an NDC polling agent, in this December 7 polls is a call that requires bravery, intelligence and patriotism to usher our party into power.
It is impossible for President Mahama to be physically present at all polling stations on the day of poll on 7th December. As such the law allows him and the party to appoint you, comrade Habiba Kudus, Yaa Ampoma, Kofi Zakazaka etc to act in his stead as representatives to watch and guard his interest.
It doesn’t get bigger than this for an honor that the day it matters most you were there to diligently secure victory for our dear party. On that day, your good work will not only demonstrate your devotion to the party but also your effort to rescue her from the abyss of hopelessness.
The victory of NDC is coming but Dr Bawumia must believe in his conscience that he is beaten fair and square and that only comes when as polling agents we work consciencetously to that end.
2. When finally the grip of this authoritarian and nepotistic government is broken and the dawn of inclusivity, opportunities and jobs awoken led by John Mahama, it will be at the back of your blood and sacrifice.
Yet we can’t achieve this goal by wishful thinking we must be sophisticated and vigilant in our role to compliment the efforts of our party as it commits scarce resources to training its polling agents.
As a polling agent, endeavor to take your training seriously because the aspirations of the nation depends on it. Abreast yourself again with basic mathematics, the tricks and fraud that would be employed by NPP mostly in their strong hold.
We have witnessed the relentless fight and sacrifice of our national executives with the bias EC to get an accurate and transparent voters roll by means of forensic audit, re-exhibition of the register and correcting illegal vote transfer.
We saw the vigilance of Mr Fifi Fiavi Kwetey and Dr Omane Boamah securing the prophetic number 8 for us during the nearly fraudulent balloting process. All these will mean nothing if as polling agent you become oblivious on election day.
3. NDC Station cautions polling agents that their observations must embody competence in securing ballot boxes, voter-identification protocols, management of unregistered voters and the counting and reporting of votes. To monitor successfully, polling agents must refine their precision and be sensitive to procedural violations and honed the quantitative tools of “quick counts” as they improve in the training programs with better analytical approach.
4. NDC Station asserts that we are in hard times but as ambassadors of our party and the fate of Ghana in the balance, we must not be enticed and be corrupted with money as polling agents to influence the election. *In every step of the way ask yourself, am I representing president Mahama the way he would represent himself?
