Black Stars head coach Charles Akunnor has revealed that he respect the decision of Adrea Ayew moving to Qatari side Al Sadd after ending his stay with Championship side Swansea city.
Akunnor named a 30- man squad which included Dede Ayew who recently joined Qatari side Al Sadd .
“Andrea Ayew , Our captain who moved to the Arab world, I believed in his judgment ” Akunnor said during a press conference on Friday.
“His father is also one experience man so I believe in their judgment and it also an important move “.He added
The Black Stars Captain joined the Qatari giant on a 2- year -deal with an option to extend for another year after ending his thirteen year stay in Europe.
Ghana will face Ethiopia in Cape Coast on September 3 and then play South Africa three days later in Johannesburg.
