NDC Parliamentary Candidate Hopeful for the Kpone-Katamanso Constituency Azubila Salam Emmanuel has said unity alone can bring the NDC back to power and he is promising unity in Kpone-Katamanso if elected as the Parliamentary Candidate.
Speaking to the media after filing his nomination forms, Mr. Azubila opined that the divisions in the NDC at the Kpone-Katamanso Constituency is not allowing the constituency to develop.
“What we need the most in Kpone-Katamanso is unity, so as a candidate wishing to lead the NDC in the constituency, what I want to assure everybody is that, I will make sure all camps are dissolved under my leadership”
“It is worrying, your party could be in power but because someone thinks you are in camp A, he or she will not like to help you but we are all NDC members, so we need to be united” he said.
Mr Azubila urged his supporters to work hard to make sure they win the primaries to lead the party in the area to fast track their development.
He called on the NDC supporters in the Kpone-Katamanso constituency to stay away from tribal politics as the constituency is a cosmopolitan area.
Mr Azubila Emmanuel is confident of winning the primaries on the 13th May,2023 because of his good leadership skills and experience.
He said the NPP should be the common enemy and not among the NDC supporters.
Some supporters of the NDC in the area said they believe Mr Azubila Emmanuel is the right person to lead the party in the constituency.
