The General Secretary of the NDC, Mr. Johnson Asiedu Nketiah has branded as unconstitutional attempts by certain individuals spreading his posters on various platforms as candidate for various positions for the upcoming National Executives elections in the NDC.
In a communique issued and signed by the General Secretary himself on Wednesday, he indicated he hasn’t instructed or commissioned anyone to campaign for him even though he recognises such recommendations. He revealed the party has rules guiding internal party elections and his current role as a general secretary of the party puts him incharge of monitoring and enforcement of rules of engagement in all internal party elections to ensure fairness to all, making it unethical for him to be seen as the one breaching the laws of the party and has therefore called on persons behind such schemes to refrain from doing so since he hasn’t made such decisions.
