Asante Kotoko should have appointed Pitso Mosimane as Prosper Narteh Ogum’s successor – Kojo Addae-Mensah

Kojo Addae-Mensah, CEO of Databank, believes Asante Kotoko should have appointed Pitso Mosimane as Prosper Narteh Ogum’s successor.

Instead, the club chose former player Karim Zito as interim coach.

“Asante Kotoko should have gone for Pitso Mosimane as Coach Prosper Narteh Ogum’s replacement,”

Addae-Mensah said. Mosimane’s experience coaching top African clubs like Mamelodi Sundowns and Al Ahly could have benefited Asante Kotoko.

Asante Kotoko currently sits fourth in the league with 47 points after 28 matches. They face Aduana FC on Sunday, hoping to return to winning ways under their new coaching setup.
