A Heavy Defeat Occurs At Old Trafford
Tottenham Hotspur secured a commanding victory at Old Trafford, defeating Manchester United 3-0 in the Premier League.
Tottenham Spurs opened the scoring early on, with Brennan Johnson finding the net in the third minute, marking his fourth consecutive goal in his career.
Despite United’s efforts to equalize, Alejandro Garnacho’s powerful volley hit the post. Manchester United side faced adversity when their captain, Bruno Fernandes, received a red card for a challenge on James Maddison in the 42nd minute.
A goal from Kulusevski in the 47th minute and another from Solanke in the 87th minute ensured that Spurs claimed all three points from United.
This victory marked Spurs’ fourth consecutive win, a feat they had not achieved since last October, following a slow start to the season with just one win in their first four games.
Currently, Spurs sit in 8th place in the league standings with 10 points, while United find themselves in 12th place with six points after six game
