In these challenging times, there’s an urgent need to address the unemployment crisis facing our youth. Hon. James Enu, the National Democratic Congress Parliamentary Candidate for Tema West, expressed this concern during an interview on the Adekyee Mu Nsem morning show on Ahotor 92.3 FM, hosted by Citizen Kofi Owusu in Accra.
Enu pledged to launch a project aimed at establishing an employment agency to support both skilled and unskilled job seekers, providing vital assistance to the youth in the constituency.
He criticized the New Patriotic Party’s handling of the economy, stating that it has left Ghanaians in dire economic straits and calling for a change in leadership.
Enu also questioned the capability of his opponent in the upcoming parliamentary contest, asserting that his own track record of humility, hard work, and dedication to serving the people surpasses that of his rival.
Referring to his opponent as a “serial failure,” Enu highlighted his defeat in the internal contest for the regional chairman position within the party, indicating a lack of confidence in his ability to win the parliamentary seat.
Confident in his own candidacy, Enu called upon all supporters of the National Democratic Congress in Tema West to unite and work tirelessly to unseat the NPP.
He also warned against any attempts to intimidate voters, referencing past incidents of military involvement during elections and emphasizing that such actions will not be tolerated in the upcoming contest, with the NDC prepared to fiercely defend every vote.
