Joseph Awuku, the Communications Officer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Ashaiman Constituency of the Greater Accra Region, is urging residents of Ashaiman to support John Dramani Mahama and the NDC in the upcoming general elections.
During an interview on Ahotor 92.3 FM, Mr. Awuku emphasized that Ashaiman has not experienced significant benefits from the New Patriotic Party (NPP) during their eight years in power.
Chairman Joe pointed out that residents, traders, and commuters encounter difficulties when using the Ashaiman market, especially during rainy weather, yet the government appears indifferent to their plight.
He highlighted the adverse impact of the recent downpour on people in the Ashaiman constituency, underscoring the urgency to vote out the NPP from power.
