Dreams FC set to face Stade Malien de Bamako in the quarter-finals of CAF Confederations Cup

Ghana’s MTN FA Cup champions, Dreams FC has been paired to face Stade Malian in the quarter finals of the ongoing 2023/2024 CAF Confederation Cup campaign.

Dreams FC secured their quarter finals slot of the ongoing CAF Confederations cup competition after finishing first from their group with 12 points whiles Stade Malien finished second in their group with 10 points behind RSB Berkane.

Dreams FC made history by becoming the first Ghanaian club to reach the knockout phase of the Confederation Cup since 2004 when both Kotoko and Hearts of Oak reached the final.

The highly anticipated draw was held at the continental football governing headquarters in Egypt, Cairo .

Dreams FC will travel to Mali for the first leg before hosting them in Kumasi for the second leg.
