National Chairman of the biggest opposition party in Ghana, National Democratic Congress (NDC) Johnson Asiedu Nketia has said that he has forgiven the Bank of Ghana Governor Dr Ernest Addison of his reply to the minority after the #AddisonMustGo demonstration because he spoke out of impulse.
According to Mr. Nketia, the problem in this country particularly with the NPP is that they have some sense of entitlement that their special people and their right to rule Ghana. Anytime they are in government they think it’s their right and not by the people’s power.
Speaking on Oyerepa TV’s breakfast show monitored by @Ahotoronline.com, Chairman General Asiedu Nketia asked how a governor of BOG knowing very well that the shareholders of the institution are the citizens will insult people who are trying to correct him of his wrongdoings?
He indicated that, if the BOG had been a private company, the governor would have gone just the following day after such a reply to his stakeholders.
