Sixteen years for Kurt Okraku as GFA president is never a bad idea – Charles Taylor
Former Black Stars player Charles Kwaku Asampong Taylor has expressed that the President of the Ghana football association, Kurt E.S Okraku deserves a maximum of 16 years in office to be able to complete his intended projects.
In an interview on calls by the executive members to increase the mandate of the FA President from two to three terms, Charles Taylor revealed that he support the move and wished it could be extended to 16 years.
“I think Kurt Okraku for instance needs 16 years to complete all the projects he has started. He can hand it over to those who are interested after the 16 years.”
The term of Kurt Okraku is almost due and many have shown their interest to contest the incumbent for the seat.
Notable among the aspirants are former Western regional football association chairman, Mr. Kojo Yan,kah and Mr. Jantuah of Berekum Chelsea.
