Ghanaian Referee Daniel Nii Ayi Laryea has been appointed as the referee to officiate when Liberia takes on South Africa in the 2023 African Cup of Nations qualifiers next month.
Daniel Nii Ayi Laryea will be the centre referee and will be assisted by Kwasi Acheampong Brobbey as the Assistant line 1, Emmanuel Dolagbanu as Assistant line 2 and Adaari Abdul Latif as the 4th official.
Bakary K. Jammeh from Gambia will be the match commissioner while Para Lossene from Burkina Faso works as the referee Assessor.
The match will be played at the Paynesville – Samuel Kayon Doe Sports Complex on Tuesday, March 28, 2023
Daniel Nii Ayi Laryea (born 11 September 1987) is a Ghanaian football referee who is a listed international referee for FIFA since 2014.
He is also one of the referees for the Ghana Premier League.
In 2021, Laryea was officially selected as a referee for the delayed 2020 African Cup of Nations Championship in Cameroon.
He officiated the 2021 Ghanaian FA cup final between Hearts of oak and the Ashanti gold.
Laryea was also one of the appointed referees of the 2021 African Cup of Nations in Cameroon.
