Ghanaian notable actor cum politician proposed that the money which was supposed to be given to the players should be directed into buying desks for schools which are still sitting on the floor.
Now that Ghana is no longer in contention for the ultimate prize in Qatar following their painful removal.
He shared a profound post on his Twitter platform that has resounded with most Ghanaians.
According to him, the monetary allocation for the Black Stars should be used for students who sit on the floor during class hours since they couldn’t qualify for the round of 16 and beyond.
He posted; “The money supposed to be spent if we had qualified for the next round, can we use it to buy desks for students who still sit on the floor to learn?”
