A few names have popped up concerning the role of Head Coach of Ghana Premier League giants, Hearts of Oak.
The latest to join the list is former Zambian international George Lwandamina, according to a Tweet by Sports journalist, Saddick Adams.
According to the Journalist, the former gaffer of the Male Soccer Team of Zambia with over 20 years of coaching experience has shown interest and applied for the position.
Having attended coaching courses in Germany and Netherlands, his last job was with the Zambian side, Kwabe Warriors in 2022 and he is rated one of the best in Zambia.
He started his managerial journey with Mufilira Wanderers in 1999 before joining Green Buffaloes from 2002-2009.
He also had stints with Zesco United, Red Arrows, Young Africans and Azam United in Tanzania and the Zambian Male Soccer Team from 2015-2016.
Lwandamina was named Zambian Coach of the year in 2014 and 2015.
Reports say former coaches C.K Annor and German tactician Ernst Middendorp have all been linked to the role at Heart of Oak.
Currently, former Liberty Professionals gaffer, David Ocloo has been appointed as the stand-in coach following the sacking of Samuel Boadu and his two assistants a week ago.
