Ghanaian popular musician, Nana Yaw Oduro Agyei, known as Trigmatic has applauded Black Sheriff for his new Album titled “The Villian I never was “and the “soja” song on it.
According to Trigmatic, the production and arrangements of the new album are really solid, especially with the “Soja” song and the female voice in there.
Although his taste in music is quite different from what black Sherif does, he loves the album, especially the “Soja” song.
He said: “Although my taste in music is different, the album is solid and very amazing in terms of production and what went into it, I appreciate the “soja” song and technically, I don’t know the one who directed the female voice in there, but it is solid because it added something to the song”.
“Normally, when we are doing a review of songs, we don’t applaud the producers, but Producers are also core songwriters, they play a major role as well.”
“But the album is solid; I have listened to 4 tracks on the album and is solid”.
He added that he appreciates Camidoh’s craft, according to him, he is a solid musician and begs the media not to force him to do only hit songs but songs that will last.
He also advised the upcoming musicians to learn about their talent, know the market that they want to reach out to, get a strategy to work with and we have associations that they can join that helped their talent.
Trigmatic is currently working on his new album with some South African essence and also collaborating with some of their musicians. But the album is yet to be released.
