The Black Stars were trounced 3-0 by start-studded Brazil in a Pre-World Cup friendly at the Stade de Oceane in Le Havre, France.
A first-half brace from Richarlison and Marquinhos’ header in the 9th minute secured the Samba Boys a comfortable win over the West African nation.
According to Addo, he made a mistake with the tactical approach of the fixture with the team’s selection.
“I think I made mistakes, I learnt a lot more about my players, and picking the next eleven (11) will depend on the performance in the next game,” Addo told reporters after the game.
Ghana is currently preparing for the 2022 FIFA World Cup which will be staged in Qatar from November to December.
The four-time Africa Cup of Nations has been housed in Group H alongside Portugal South Korea and Uruguay.
Ghana will face Nicaragua in another international friendly on Tuesday, 27th September 2022 in Spain.
