Ghanaian pastor, Right Rev. Dr. Richard Owusu, President Akufo Addo, has disappointed Ghanaians because the expectations he created for them have not been met.
He said the President should have made room for the people of Ghana to doubt his capabilities to work rather than making them–expect or think they are capable.
“At any time you are given a responsibility, people will doubt your capacity but that is the beauty of it. Let people always doubt you. If people over-expect, they will be disappointed and that is what is happening to Nana Akufo-Addo.
“He created an expectation in people and the people are disappointed because he has not been able to meet their realistic expectations of the people. It is even a strategy of warfare, let your enemy underestimate you”, he said on Sunday, 4th September 2022 on the pulpit of Jesus Favour Chapel International.
Ghanaians thought Akufo Addo will rule or manage the affairs of the nation just like Kwame Nkrumah, however, he has disappointed everyone. But he has disappointed them big time.
“The campaign messages of Akufo Addo were powerful, addictive, and convincing. He vowed to protect the public purse and persecute corrupt officials including Alfred Agbesi Woyome. But all those who have stolen huge money from the country are still alive. This is a big disappointment Nana Addo…”, Prophet Papa Richie stated.
