The Member of Parliament for Elembele constituency in the Western Region, Emmanuel Armah-Kofi Buah has expressed worry about how Ghana Gas goes about building hospital bungalows in other regions while hospitals within the Western Region has nothing
He indicated that, they are not against Ghana Gas engaging in developmental projects in other regions but as a Member of Parliament speaking on behalf of the people of Nzema, they believe, the focus must first be on communities closest to it’s areas of operation
According to him, nananom within the communities have registered their displeasure about these development because they feel it is inappropriate for others to benefit while the very communities in which Ghana Gas has been operating since 2015 is not benefitting
Hon Buah said, this has resulted to the need in addressing the press to register their displeasure on the actions of Ghana Gas
