Ghanaian artiste, Guru, says the French Ambassador to Ghana, Anne Sophie (Akosua) Avè’s contribution to Ghana’s creative arts industry outweighs the efforts of those who are mandated to do so.
“The French ambassador has done more for our creative arts industry than the people being paid with our taxes to occupy that position,” he wrote.
According to him, although the state authorities ensured that all the needed documentation was provided for the event to come to pass, the inadequacy of their support for the creative arts cannot be excused.
“Forget them defending by saying they gave documents to support, is it the supporting
documents that released a budget to organizing it? Big shame.”
