Laporta: “Even if Antoine Griezmann left in July, it would have been impossible to register Leo Messi.”
Laporta: “Neymar was crazy to come back to Barça in March. We talked to his father. At the time, La Liga’s FFP was not in our head yet. It would have been impossible.”
Laporta: “PSG have broken the FFP rules for years and everyone knows it, including UEFA. Why not support the Super League? It will actually be regulated!”
Laporta: “The Super League is alive and well. The pressure the English clubs put is useless. They’re still contractually in the project. UEFA cannot do anything if it’s approved by the European Courts.”

Atletico Madrid could make a move to sign Argentina goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez from Aston Villa if Slovenia international Jan Oblak leaves the La Liga champions next summer. 
Wales midfielder Aaron Ramsey turned down several offers to leave Juventus over the summer as he is determined to nail down a regular starting place under Massimiliano Allegri. 
PSG have turned their attention to AC Milan and Ivory Coast midfielder Franck Kessie as they believe Manchester United and France star Paul Pogba would prefer a move to Real Madrid next summer. 
Tottenham are also interested in Kessie and may be prepared to offload 24-year-old French midfielder Tanguy Ndombele as a makeweight.
