Tomato farmers have heaved a sigh of relief as they can now have their tomatoes bought by the tomato traders.
They noted that, since the closure of the boarders and the subsequent attacks on the traders who hitherto go to Burkina Faso to buy tomatoes have boosted the local market as the traders are unable to go to the northern country.
It could be remembered that, the Tomato traders threatened not to go to Burkina Faso for tomatoes due to the attacks of armed robbers on their route to Burkina Faso that necessitated in the Police administration detailing security for the traders.
