Ghana U20 head coach Karim Zito has announced his 26-man squad list for the 2021 CAF U20 African Cup of Nations which commence in Mauritania on Sunday. The Black Satellites of Ghana have been housed in Group C alongside Morocco, Tanzania and Gambia.
Coach Karim Zito’s side will face off with Tanzania in their opening match on Tuesday February 16 before squaring off with Morocco and Gambia in subsequent group matches.
Legon Cities attacking midfielder Matthew Anim-Cudjoe, Daniel Afriyie Barnie of Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko goalkeeper Ibrahim Danlad made the list alongside Dreams FC sensation Percious Boah. Schalke 04 young attacker Josepho Barnes was included in the squad list for the tournament.
