 Dieticians have said that skipping meals can lead to weight gain, decrease in blood sugar content, makes one confused and stressed out. skipping meals  can also slow down  metabolism

Avoid skipping meals

Eat smaller but frequent meals thoughout the day

Always have snacks around you

Plan your meals ahead maybe a night before the day

Take in snacks with high fiber and protein

 DO NOT SKIP MEALS THAT HAVE BAD EFFECTS
