The Ghana Pentecostal and Charismatic Council has encouraged its members to re -open their churches without informing the COVID-19 task forces.
Among many directives, churches have been asked to form a covid-19 taskforce to ensure the coronavirus prevention compliance before they resume operation.
Speaking on Ahotor news, the President of Ghana Pentecostal and Charismatic Council, Reverend Professor Paul Frimpong Manso asked churches not to violate directive outline by the government.
He noted that, an hour for church service can be manageable and wish for more, as compared to church in Europe, US therefore will be restructured and plan to stay within an hour for church service.
Professor Paul Frimpong Manso added that if the well being of children is not safe and secure, then he ensure that all parents should keep their children at home as it is been directed.
According to him, all churches are ensured to have COVID-19 task forces to enable put in place the safety precautionary measures to avoid the spread of the virus.
