The Virtual Learning Program instituted by government for effective teaching and learning for students who are home due to the coronavirus is experiencing many challenges which needs to be resolved.
Some students are said to be unable to come to terms with the real modalities of the system, due to its sophistication.

Meanwhile, William Boadi said the government has not given the benefits of the doubt, but if is so, then it is purposely made for those in urban areas.
He sighted accessibility as a hindrance and until that is resolved, the full benefit of the programme would be defeated.
He further added that virtual learning cannot be effective scares in rural areas, and that the use of electricity, computers , smartphones are expensive beyond that of most of the rural dwellers.
